EPOXY ASPHALT ROAD CURING AGENT
PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Epoxy asphalt pavement curing agent is a new material designed for preventive maintenance of aged “sub-healthy” road surfacing. When sprayed on the asphalt pavement, it infiltrates into the surface and re-activates the asphalts performance. It also reinforce，repairs and restores the aging asphalt. It has comprehensive prevention effect which avoids road disease spreading hence prolong the service life of roads. Meanwhile it re-conditions and refreshes the view environment or the roads.
SC-633 Epoxy asphalt curing agent is a patented dual-component product of Bond Materials Co. Ltd. Component A comprises of resin, additives, diluent etc.. Component B consists of petroleum asphalt, curing agent, accelerator and diluent etc..
APPLICATIONS
The product can be used for maintenance and reinforcement of highways, bridges and other old asphalt pavements, aged concrete pavements, waterproof bonding, renovation and coating of construction surfaces.
CHARACTERISTICS
1. Epoxy asphalt curing agent has the dual effects, excellent waterproof performance, and has good bonding properties.
2, Resistant to acid, alkali, salt etc other harsh environment. Can be used for reinforcement, re-conditioning and maintenance of the bridge deck and construction surfaces, city subway and tunnel engineering, repair of coastal ports, docks and other structures.
3, Good chemical resistance and oil resistance properties.
4, Multi-layer coating and stacking applications.
PRODUCT DISPLAY
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Ensure the application area is dry (water <10%, PH < 10 )
2. Construction weather requirements: temperature > 5oC, relative humidity < 85% strictly no construction in raining condition.
3. Mix the component according to specified ration: A:B=1:1. Apply ( brush, roller or spray) in defined operational time. Do not miss or over apply. If too thick for spray, increase the amount of epoxy diluent (add 5%-10% of the total amount).
4., The product is flammable, avoid open fire when construction.
5. Avoid inhaling solvent vapors.
6. The product shall be kept in a cool and ventilated place and avoid direct sunlight.
